Purchase Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies.
• Reviews and processes purchase orders.
• Builds and maintains relationships with vendors
• Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts
• Researches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services.
• Maintain production requirements material [Raw material, Chemical, packaging items, consumables, electrical, mechanical and sanitary Finish material required for production/Assembly.
• Reconciliation vendor statement with tally system, account Ledger
• Purchase related all responsibility-New Vendor Development, New Product Development, Price Negotiation with vendor, Costing, PO releasing, Material Delivery and Payment etc.
• Procure of consumables, tooling, mechanical and electrical and machinery and fabrication items based on drawings.
• Regular follow up with vendors for ordered materials and coordinating with expeditors for timely delivery of materials for project.

Requirements:

• Mini 4-year experience in Purchase department
• Excellent Negotiation Skills
• Research and analytical skills
