We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Security Head to oversee and manage security operations across our corporate and industrial facilities spread Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and industrial security management, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective security measures. The Security Head will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures, managing security personnel, and ensuring the overall safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities.
Responsibilities:-
1. Strategic Security Planning:-
Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies for corporate & industrial facilities across the country.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats & vulnerabilities
2. Security Operations Management:-
Oversee day-to-day security operations to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and company assets.
Coordinate with regional security managers and site security teams to ensure consistent implementation of security Protocols.
3. Security Personnel Management:-
Recruit, train, and manage a team of security professionals.
Provide leadership and guidance to security staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
4. Surveillance & Monitoring:-
Implement and manage security surveillance systems to monitor and respond to security incidents in real time.
Collaborate with technology teams to leverage the latest security technologies for enhanced monitoring and response.
5. Emergency Response Planning:-
Develop and maintain emergency response plans to address various security scenarios.
Conduct regular drills and exercises to ensure preparedness for emergency situations.
6. Compliance & Auditing:-
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct periodic security audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
7. Collaboration:-
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including facilities management, HR, and IT, to integrate security measures into overall business operations.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other external stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in security management.
Preference will be given to the Retd. Commissioned officers from Indian defence forces OR Central Police force OR State Police forces.
Proven experience in corporate and industrial security management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of security technologies, surveillance systems, and access control measures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
