Customer Success Associate (Motor Insurance)

Notice Period : 15 days to immediate Joiner
We are looking for energetic and motivated Customer Success Associates who can communicate effectively in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu and have a background in Motor Insurance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling outbound calls and providing sales advisory support.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls and assist customers efficiently.
Provide advisory services related to Motor Insurance.
Manage objections effectively and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
Qualification: Any Graduation (Mandatory)
Skillset:
o Excellent communication skills in English.
o Proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu.
o Strong objection-handling skills.

Experience:
o Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome.
o Experience in customer support voice process (B2B, Sales, or Motor Insurance) is preferred.
