Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Generalist who will also take on additional
responsibilities within the Founder's Office. This role will be key in supporting HR
operations, managing people processes, and playing a crucial role in supporting the
founders strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable
of balancing day-to-day HR tasks and ensuring alignment between people operations and
the companys broader strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR) Generalist Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and extending offers.
    • Facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition into the company
    culture.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive
    work environment.
    • Manage conflict resolution, mediation, and employee feedback processes.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Assist in the design and implementation of performance review processes.
    • Partner with department heads to address performance issues and employee
    development needs.
  4. Compliance & Policy Management:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Update, maintain, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  5. Training & Development:
    • Coordinate employee training programs to support continuous professional
    growth.
    • Identify skill gaps and collaborate on targeted training initiatives.
  6. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
    • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
    • Handle employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

Founder's Office Responsibilities:

  1. Managerial Support:
    • Provide administrative and strategic support to the Founder, including managing
    people and preparing presentations or reports.
    • Act as a liaison between the Founder and other departments, ensuring effective
    communication.
  2. Project Management:
    • Manage special projects assigned by the Founder, including researching industry
    trends, new business opportunities, or potential partnerships.
    • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that align with the companys strategic
    vision.
  3. Internal Communications and Meeting Cordination:
    • Support the Founder in preparing internal communications to the team, including
    announcements, newsletters, or strategic updates.
    • Organize and manage agendas for executive meetings and take minutes, tracking
    action items and follow-ups.
  4. Strategic Support:
    • Assist in the development and execution of high-level company strategies and
    initiatives.
    • Participate in leadership meetings to offer insights and support decision-making
    processes.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
    related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of HR generalist experience. Previous experience supporting
    founders role is a plus.

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft
    Office Suite. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Discretion
    and ability to handle sensitive information. Ability to work in a fast-paced
    environment and handle multiple priorities.

  • Key Competencies:
