HR Operations Associate (Contractual)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle letters, including appointment, confirmation, transfer, resignation acceptance, and work experience certificates.
• Oversee Poornata administration tasks such as job data updates, CTC changes, no dues clearance, confirmations, and transfers of employees.
• Handle travel portal activities, including profile creation, updates, and deactivation in case of resignation.
• Manage monthly payroll, deductions (PF, canteen, electricity, transport), uniform stitching reimbursements, confirmation bonuses, birthday gifts, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  

Candidates Preferred:

• Candidates preferred if they have experience in Talent Search and Recruitment, Working on Job portals like Naukri.com and LinkedIn, for sourcing resumes, job postings, and references.

Qualifications:

1. Any Graduate
2. Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in HR operations
3. Must have worked on Employee Cycle - Data Management & Updation, Payroll, Offer & Appointment letter, Exit formalities
