Admission Counsellor / Manager

Job Description:

Graphic Era University is looking for a dynamic and presentable Admission Counsellors and Manager to join our admissions team.

The Admission Counselor will play a pivotal role in engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the admissions journey.
Role & responsibilities

1. Engage with prospective students and families, offering comprehensive insights into our academic programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and campus life.
2. Conduct seminars, and webinars to showcase the diverse opportunities available at Graphic Era University.
3. Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring a seamless admissions process.
4. Assist students in completing application forms, understanding admission criteria, and assembling required documents for submission.
5. Conduct captivating campus tours, facilitating meetings with faculty, staff, and current students to offer a glimpse into university life.
6. Stay abreast of changes to admission policies, academic offerings, and university events, sharing updated information with prospective students.
7. Extend guidance and support to admitted students during the enrollment process, orientation programs, and their transition to university life.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in admissions counseling, student recruitment, or customer service is advantageous.
3. Good English communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
