Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Strelema, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines and helping to elevate our visual identity. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, web, and creative teams to develop innovative and on-brand design assets for various projects, including social media campaigns, advertisements, website graphics, brochures, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media assets, websites, brochures, posters, advertisements, and email templates.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to understand design needs and align them with overall brand strategies.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines, style, and tone, while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Revise and edit designs based on feedback, making necessary adjustments to meet project requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, software, and best practices, and incorporate these into your work.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual impact of campaigns and branding efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise across various mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
