Job Responsibilities.

Graphic Design: Create visually stunning designs for a wide range of projects (presentations, brochures, events, outdoor advertisements, marketing materials, web graphics, social media assets, and more..

Creative Leadership: Lead, inspire, and elevate designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment..

Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously from initial ideation to final execution.

Provide art direction, creative guidance, and feedback to junior designers, ensuring design excellence and adherence to brand standards..

Art Direction: Set the artistic direction for projects, including visual style, imagery, and overall aesthetics.

Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Quality Assurance: Review and refine designs, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and alignment with project goals before final delivery..

Must have package design experience with hands-on skills, knowledge of packaging structures..

Brand Consistency Ensure that all creative output is consistent with the brand's identity and messaging..

Trend And Technology Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to incorporate innovative design solutions..

Design Execution: Create visually compelling designs for a variety of materials, such as marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, packaging, and website elements.

Utilize industry-standard software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, to produce high-quality designs..

Video Production: Create short, animated product videos Video/motion graphics experience is valuable (After Effects, Premiere).

Software Expertise:.

Adherence to Deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within specified timelines..

What Are We Looking For.

3-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality visuals..

Proficient in After Effects, Premiere.

Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment..

Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior designers..

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying updated with design trends..

Previous experience of working in a Fintech or B2B software products company.
