Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the hospitality industry to develop visually appealing and brand-aligned marketing materials. The ideal candidate should be proficient in design software, understand hospitality branding, and be able to create engaging content for digital and print media, including menus, event promotions, social media, and advertising materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Brand Management

• Develop creative concepts for hotel, restaurant, and banquet branding materials.
• Design menus, brochures, banners, signage, and event invitations in alignment with the brand identity.
• Ensure consistency in color schemes, typography, and layouts across all marketing materials.
• Assist in updating and maintaining the brand guidelines for various properties or event venues.

2. Marketing & Promotional Materials

• Design visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create posters, flyers, email templates, and advertisements for hospitality events and promotions.
• Develop motion graphics and video edits for digital screens, reels, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in designing seasonal campaigns, wedding brochures, and corporate event branding.

3. Digital & Print Design

• Work on website graphics, blog banners, and email newsletters to enhance digital presence.
• Create billboards, magazine ads, and direct mail creatives for print marketing.
• Optimize designs for both print and digital formats to ensure high-quality output.

4. Collaboration & Execution

• Coordinate with marketing, F&B, and event teams to understand design needs.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, and content creators to enhance visual storytelling.
• Assist in designing presentations and proposals for business clients and stakeholders.
• Handle multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines.
