Graphic designer / Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
• Design eye-catching property brochures, social media visuals, and other marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all digital and print platforms.
• Create quick, impactful designs for various promotional content using Canva.
• Video Editing:
• Produce high-quality video content showcasing real estate properties using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
• Edit raw footage into polished video presentations that align with brand standards and marketing goals.
• Work on enhancing video and photo assets through Lightroom, ensuring consistency in color grading and visual appeal.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver content within deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and video production techniques, bringing fresh ideas to each project.
