National Knowledge Management - Analyst

The individual will be part of Content Management team, within Knowledge Management service line. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality tasks and projects within specified time and scope. They are expected to develop an understanding of Content Management principles, coordinate with the team for web content creation and updates, and take ownership of assigned tasks or projects. The person actively participates in team discussions and recognizes and addresses client needs within timelines. Additionally, they are in the process of developing functional expertise and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance deliverables.

Skills

• Effective communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
• Displaying the capability to engage with multiple stakeholders and adeptly manage oneself in dynamic and complex situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Knowledge of Office 365 applications and collaboration platforms will be an advantage.
• Meticulous attention to detail in tasks and projects.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
