Intensivist- MBBS+MD/DNB holders with min 2+ years of ICU experience

1. Educational Qualifications:

• MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery) Mandatory basic medical degree.
• MD/DNB in Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, Pulmonary Medicine, or Critical Care Medicine Preferred for senior ICU roles.
• Diploma in Critical Care Medicine (IDCCM) or Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine (IFCCM) – Additional specialization for ICU-focused doctors.
• DM/DNB in Critical Care Medicine – Super-specialization for higher expertise.

2. Key Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in managing ventilators, life support systems, and critical care monitoring.
• Proficiency in emergency procedures like intubation, central line insertion, and arterial line placement.
• Strong knowledge of infection control, sepsis management, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Ability to handle multi-organ failure, trauma, and post-operative care.
• Decision-making under pressure and excellent team coordination with nurses and specialists.

3. Work Experience:

• Fresh MBBS graduates can work in ICUs under supervision.
• MD/DNB holders with 2+ years of ICU experience preferred for senior roles.
