Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the data entry, report generation, and MIS-related activities, while coordinating with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Billing teams to ensure accurate and timely data processing. The role involves supporting operational and management teams with data analysis and reporting to drive business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• SCM Coordination:
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory, shipments, procurement, and logistics.
• Update and manage SCM-related data in the MIS system to ensure seamless communication between SCM and other departments.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies between SCM data and other operational records.

• Billing:
• Maintain accurate billing records, ensuring all invoices, payments, and adjustments are entered correctly.
• Coordinate with the finance and accounting teams to process billing data and ensure timely updates in the system.
• Handle billing-related discrepancies and assist in resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

• Data Entry:
• Accurately input data into the MIS system & ERP Software, ensuring that all entries are updated and correctly maintained.
• Validate the completeness and accuracy of data before entering it into the system, minimizing errors.
• Ensure that all data is captured in a consistent format for ease of reporting and analysis.

• Report Generation:
• Generate and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for various departments, including SCM, Billing, and Operations.
• Compile and analyze data from different sources to create insightful reports that support decision-making.
• Provide ad-hoc reports as requested by management, ensuring clarity and relevance of information presented.

• MIS Maintenance & Data Analysis:
• Ensure the MIS system is up-to-date with accurate, real-time data, providing easy access to key business information.
• Monitor data integrity and assist with troubleshooting and resolving any discrepancies in the system.
• Conduct regular data analysis and provide actionable insights to help improve business processes and operations.

• Collaboration & Support:
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, SCM, operations) to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
• Provide administrative support to management and other teams by generating customized reports and providing data-driven insights.
• Assist in system upgrades and the development of more efficient data entry and reporting processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an MIS, data entry, or report generation role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with MIS systems,.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Management processes and billing practices.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when entering and reviewing data.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with internal teams and present reports.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
