Brief Description of Duties / Job Description

Lead a team of SO/SR/ISR across the assigned territory.

Delivering value/revenue targets as per AOP

Achieve sales and distribution targets as per the business plan by developing a strong sales and distribution network.

Drive planned volumes through effective distribution, ensuring product

availability and visibility for all brands/products.

Plan and execute field marketing activities to boost product adoption and

market penetration.

Expand retail coverage to increase market share.

Ensure effective merchandising and visibility of company products at retail

points.

Design and implement trade schemes and monitor their performance for trade

partners.

Oversee the distribution process to ensure seamless product availability across

the region.

Build and establish an efficient and effective distribution infrastructure to meet

channel needs.

Deliver Trade Spend productivity through Discount management, Distributor

ROI, Cost/Expense control Measures

Build capability in front-line team, through coaching and training using work

withs, one on one

Monitor progress against the monthly plan during weekly commitment

meetings and monthly review meeting

Preferred candidate profile candidate should have must FMCG industry knowledge at least 7 years
