About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our field marketing team in [Kerala]. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our reach and acquiring new customers through strategic marketing initiatives and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective field marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, community leaders, and potential partners.
Organize and execute promotional events and campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers and partners.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records and reports on all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Graduate degree in any field OR Plus Two with 2 years of relevant experience in field marketing, sales, or a similar role.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field marketing or a similar role.
Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Passion for the financial services industry and a strong understanding of Muthoot Fincorp's products and services.
