Position: Project Coordinator
Status: Initially 3 months and subjected to extend Full time, 2-year contract (renewable)
Location: West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, with Frequent travel (up to 50% time) to project sites

About the Opportunity: GFSI is going to implement a project on rural women agri entrepreneurship in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. The project will create 100 women agri-entrepreneurs (AE), and enhance the livelihoods and incomes of over 5,000 smallholder farmers (SHFs) in West Godavari district over a period of 12 month. Through this intervention, the 100 AEs will have a sustainable livelihood with an income of INR 5,000 per month from the month of November25 onwards. These women AEs will be mobilized and trained to offer a wide range of agricultural services to SHFs and will have stronger agency and financial independence through decision-making ability, confidence, and digital skills. Key expected outcomes of the project are :
Grameen, is implementing a largescale program titled GROW (Generating Rural Opportunities for Women to Win
in Agri-entrepreneurship) program in four (4) districts of Andhra Pradesh (East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, and Visakhapatnam) over a period of 5 years. The program will create self- employment with a sustainable and regular income for at least 5,000 women, working as Agri- entrepreneurs (AE) who, in turn, will contribute to the livelihood enhancement of one (1) million smallholder farmers (SHFs).

• The main job duties would involve developing relations with stakeholders and staff plusmonitoring the overall project and compiling action plans.
• Acting as a Program Coordinator between the Program Quality Review (PQR) Group, Program Management Group (PMG), Institutional Relations (IR) and different Project Leads.
• Handling the Documentation and Internal Communication across the organization.
