Key Responsibilities:
GST Compliance Management:
Oversee and manage all GST-related activities including GST returns, GST audits, and GST reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and other relevant forms.
Monitor and ensure compliance with GST laws and regulations, including tracking changes in legislation and implementing necessary updates.
Tax Planning and Advisory:
Provide expert advice on GST matters to internal teams and clients, ensuring compliance and optimal tax positions.
Assist in tax planning initiatives to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax benefits under GST.
Evaluate the impact of new GST regulations and amendments on the organization and suggest appropriate measures.
