Manager GST

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) in compliance with GST laws.
2. Oversee the GST audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth assessments.
3. Prepare, review, and monitor GST payments and reconcile the input and output tax credits.
4. Provide technical guidance and strategic advice on GST implications for infrastructure contracts, construction services, and large-scale projects.
5. Offer solutions to GST-related queries from different departments, such as procurement, sales, and finance.
6. Interpret GST laws and regulations and ensure that business decisions and transactions are aligned with them
7. Prepare and submit GST returns and related documentation
8. Monitor and analyze GST transactions to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
9. Conduct regular GST audits and assessments.
10. Stay updated with changes in GST laws and regulations.
11. Coordinate with tax authorities and auditors on GST-related issues.
12. Prepare and present GST reports to senior management.
13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless GST operations.
