Software Tester

Role & responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Prepare test plan, design test cases, execute test cases (manual and automated) and deliver test completion reports and defect reports
• Excellent communication skills to ensure information about defects and failures are communicated in a constructive way to the business and development teams
• Analytical thinking, critical thinking and creativity Collaborate with software developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Track the defects until closure by parallelly testing consecutive releases
• Technical knowledge to increase testing efficiency with appropriate test tools and test techniques and familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python or Java Script
