Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence (5-6 yrs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Analyst to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, process optimization, and business intelligence.

- As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to support business decision-making and strategy development.

- This role requires proficiency in data analytics tools, an ability to work with cross-functional teams, and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Generate actionable insights to support strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.

- Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders.

Business Intelligence:

- Collaborate with business teams to identify data needs and gather relevant information to support decision-making.

- Use data visualization tools (e. , Power BI, Tableau) to create clear, actionable reports for senior leadership.

- Interpret complex data sets and present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Process Optimization:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements by analyzing business workflows and metrics.

- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and track outcomes.

- Recommend changes or optimizations based on data-driven insights to enhance business performance.

Forecasting and Budgeting:

- Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting by analyzing historical data and predicting future trends.

- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy in financial models and projections.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments (finance, marketing, operations, etc. ) to gather data, identify business needs, and implement data-driven solutions.

- Provide analytical support to internal teams for strategic planning, product development, and customer insights.

Project Management:

- Lead or support special projects related to data analysis and business intelligence.

- Ensure timely delivery of analysis and reporting with a focus on accuracy and actionable outcomes.

Data Quality and Accuracy:

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data sources and applying best practices in data management.

- Address discrepancies in data, investigate issues, and provide resolutions in a timely manner.

Key Skills and Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.

- Experience: 5-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and meaningful way.

- Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e. , Power BI, Tableau, etc.

- Experience with Reporting & Dashboards: Ability to design and generate reports and dashboards for various business needs.

- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
