Job Description

• Acclimatize to ever-changing technologies and create optimal contemporary product solutions
• Detail the requirements to use cases by working closely with the clinical and operational team, lead design, do the impact assessment then convert into UI/UX designs, to front-end code.
• Independently own software components and co-own entire applications with a small group of fellow developers
• Develop strong front end web app architecture while designing and developing APIs and backend functionality, all while ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and application responsiveness.
• Contribute for delightful user experience for our products with a demonstrated understanding of the full stack of products
• Assist with solving technical problems/ concerns, ideas and suggestions when they arise.
• Establish strong engineering best practices and champion their adoption
• Constantly strive to raise the bar on engineering excellence. Stay up to date with tools, trends, technologies and frameworks.
• Ensure that systems satisfy quality standards and procedures

Required skills

• Professional experience in solving problems using data-driven approach
• Strong grasp of CS fundamentals, algorithms and excellent problem solving abilities.
• All experience should be from good product development, preference in healthcare.
• Strong experience with Angular, .Net Core, JSON and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience in database technology such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing enterprise software applications in an n-tier architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms ( GCP or Azure preferred) developing multi-threaded applications, DevOps, Dockers and Kubernetes preferred
• Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through, outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Takes personal ownership; Self-starter
• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science)
• Great if he/she has experience in CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab) , basic understanding in Python, machine learning and statistics.
