Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our overseas education consulting services

This is a full-time position with a focus on the German market

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, and counseling in the education industry.

Qualifications And Skills

1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or counseling in the education industry

Strong knowledge of the German education system and admission requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Good understanding of market research and analysis

Self-motivated and target-driven

Good organizational and time management skills

Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is preferred

Roles And Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities .

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as educational institutions, agents, and potential clients

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for growth

Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote our services

Provide counseling and guidance to students interested in studying in Germany

Assist students with the application process, including documentation, admission requirements, and visa procedures

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and meet client expectations

Prepare and present reports on business performance, market trends, and potential opportunities

Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and stay updated with the latest developments

Achieve sales targets and contribute towards the overall growth of the company

Salary:20 to 25k plus incentives
