Training Consultant

Role & responsibilities

Manage inbound leads and make outbound calls to prospective inquiries generated through marketing activities

Responsible for pitching IT courses to potential customers over the phone

Should be capable of assessing prospects and addressing their objections and queries from inbound inquiries.

Accountable for meeting assigned sales targets by providing effective counseling within the specified timelines

Ensure that students adhere to the payment plan during the admission process and collect the second installment according to the specified schedule

Assist all admitted students in obtaining information, accessing the LMS and receiving study materials

Facilitate the resolution of students' doubts with the assistance of the instructor

Ensure that students receive their certificates upon course completion

Must possess the ability to manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduates from any stream

Willing to work from the office six days a week

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a good command of the English language and vocabulary

The candidate should be proficient in using CRM software, as well as Microsoft Excel and Outlook

The candidate should demonstrate a keen interest in learning new skills to enhance their abilities.

Previous experience in the education industry would be an added advantage.
