Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with the company's goals

- Lead a team of procurement professionals and oversee their performance

- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and pricing

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance

- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

- Implement cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for cost reduction

- Track and analyze procurement data to identify trends and improve processes

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master Degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field

- 10+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement

- Proven track record in leading procurement teams and achieving results

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

- Experience with procurement systems and tools

- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
