Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Procurement Management:
- Lead and manage all aspects of Non-IT procurement, ensuring the seamless execution of procurement processes from sourcing to contract management.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and deliver cost savings.
2. Capex and Opex Procurement:
- Oversee capital and operational expenditure procurement, ensuring optimal use of resources and alignment with budgetary goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
3. SAP-MM Procurement Expertise:
- Utilize and manage SAP-MM for all procurement activities, including purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), and service entry sheets/goods receipt notes (SES/GRN).
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance within the SAP system.
4. Sourcing and Commercial Negotiation:
- Lead complex sourcing initiatives across multiple categories, negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify cost-effective procurement opportunities.
5. Contract Management:
- Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts, including rate agreements, ensuring all contracts meet company standards and deliver maximum value.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
6. New Location Setup Procurement:
- Lead procurement efforts for new location setups, managing end-to-end requirements including civil works, interior design, infrastructure, AC systems, modular furniture, and branch setup.
- Coordinate large-scale rollouts across multiple locations, ensuring timely and cost effective delivery.
7. Business Function Procurement:
- Collaborate with various business functions, including Human Resources, Learning &
- Development, Operations, Branding, Marketing, Audit, and Travel, to meet their procurement needs.
- Provide strategic procurement support to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Provide strategic direction and development opportunities to build a high-performing team.
9. Administration Procurement:
- Oversee procurement activities related to administrative functions, ensuring that all goods and services are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively.
