Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• SEO & SEM: Manage and optimize search engine marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings.
• Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn focusing on engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer retention strategies.
• Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to develop blog posts, landing pages, and other content designed to increase traffic and conversions.
• PPC Campaigns: Oversee and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to maximize ROI across search engines and display networks.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights. Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Test and optimize website elements (e.g., landing pages, CTAs) to improve conversion rates and user experience.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and design to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay Updated on Trends: Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
