Senior Officer-Engineering

Reporting to Maintenance Manager-BTB, ensuring reliability of BTB equipments through PM and breakdown maintenance activities through PO RE methedlogy :-

Leader for Reliablity Activities of BTB from Electrical function
Shift management of entire Electrical team and follow up for KPIs
Coordinating within the Business Team and working on HPT

Reliability:
Leading the upgradation of obsolute system for Reliablity enhancement
Implementation and follow up of Strategic Countermeasures
Monitor and analysis for breakdown of Tire Building Machines
Site improvement activities
Responsible to control the consumption of Electrical spares etc.
To develop the Contingency parts for sustenance
Responsible planned maintenance and predictive maintenance
