Reporting to Plant Head-Human Resources, this role holder will align & drive employee education in line with the business objectives / goals and provide a competitive & sustainable HR framework for the organization.
People Processes :-
Responsible for driving Goodyear people processes like Performance Management,Employee Engagement, Talent Management and Talent Development.
Prepare and execute annual engagement plan.
Prepare for annual Talent review and execute action decided as per Talent plan.
Coordinate with TA team to ensure the recruitments are happening as per agreed TAT.
Prepare monthly MIS on people related KPIs such as Attrition, Headcount report, HR inputs for monthly operation reviews.
Facilitate the rewards & recognition initiatives at local level, country level & regional level

Employee Life cycle Management:-
Onboarding Activities:- Create a robust onboarding plan for new joiners such as Organization announcement, Orientation plan, buddy plan and timely follow up with new joiners
Performance Management: Lead the GY performance management system (GTMS) for salaried associates in line with the Global timelines. Ensure alignment with merit planning cycle.
Succession Planning: Build the plant Talent Management & succession plan in collaboration with Plant Leadership & regional timelines.
Employee Grievance Handling: Handle employee grievances in timely and appropriate manner to improve employee experience.
HR Audits:-
Represent HR function in various customer/process audits.
Drive skilling initiative for having appropriate training related to various standards.

D&I initiatatives:-
Responsible for driving organizations D&I agenda in the plant
Represent HR function in various forums related to D&I
Maintain data related to metrices related to D&I
Represent HR function in various forums related to D&I
