Senior Executive Sales Freight Forwarding

Roles & Responsibilities

• Approach shippers, forwarders, CHA and fix appointments with them for business development.
• Manage client relationships to drive revenue expansion and new business development.
• Identify opportunities for growth through effective sales strategies and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong connections with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
• Submitting sales/division reports to reporting head at regular intervals.
• Conduct regular review meetings with the team and enhance performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Freight Forwarding or related field (export).
• Strong understanding of Business Development, Client Relationship Management, New Business Development, and New Client Acquisition principles.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
