KIDYS FOOD PRODUCTS PVT. LTD., a reputable bakery brand, is seeking a maintenance manager for its Noida unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of all bakery manufacturing.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of machinery.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff to maintain high operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the bakery or food manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards related to manufacturing.
