Candidate will be responsible for making Inbound & outbound calls.
Candidate will be responsible to assist clients for golf bookings by maintaining good
relationships with both clients & golf courses.
Responsible for end to end closure of customer queries/complaints. Thorough
understanding for all open issues and drive them to closure.
Keep records of customer interactions, Follow communication procedures, guidelines and
policies
Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
Highlight important and major points from various queries/complaints to relevant
stakeholders.
Analyse and create daily, weekly and monthly reports. Circulate MIS, Dashboards and other
Reports.
Generate need based reports on demand by the team.
