Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs and areas of support to bring in enhanced revenue from existing clients. Prioritizing and managing clients' expectations across all projects.
- Driving and delivering flawless client service by maintaining exceptional relationships with key decision makers.
- Responsible for effective and efficient (internal) communication to deliver quality and client happiness.
- Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal team(s).
- Deliver a yearly growth plan based on targets.
- Research and pursue opportunities for client growth and showcase Market Trends.
- Client issue resolution within TAT (Turn Around Time) for better business relations.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively create strategic recommendations and drive their successful implementation with clients
- Competition mapping and market info updates

- Should be able to handle a team with time and lead them to business excellence.
Requirements:
- 9-10 years of proven track record of (target driven) account management experience.
- Experience in Strategic Sales Planning, Business Development, Sales & Marketing Strategy, P&L Management, Key Account Management, People Management for driving holistic business growth across multiple domains/geographies.
- Expertise in defining resilient business & sales strategies that focus on revenue and sustained profitability through market expansion, product/brand promotion & visibility, customer engagement and relationship management.
- A good understanding of the overall dynamics of loyalty and BFSI industry will be valuable.
- Experience in establishing new networks, acquiring strategic alliances for the business as well as launching new product lines across the existing & new markets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- An exceptional work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done while maintaining a supportive, empowering and positive attitude.
- Proven track record of existing institutional client acquisition in this space - especially in BFSI but also in other sectors that have loyalty as part of their core customer strategy.
- Should be able to foresee issues that might come up and prepare a plan of action for resolution of the same.
- Should be well read and acknowledgeable about the new trends in business and best practices across industries.
- Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals keeping the vision of the organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

The candidate must have worked in a Loyalty and/or rewards company that caters to banks, hospitality, aviation, automobiles etc. as their B2B institutional clients
