Mines Manager

Job Description:-We are seeking an experienced Mining engineers provide support to and manage mining operations, create estimates for mining projects, design mines, and assist with mining equipment selection.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Plan, execute, and monitor mining operations to achieve production targets while ensuring safety standards.
• Oversee drilling and blasting activities to optimize mine productivity and minimize costs.
• Manage excavation processes to meet quality requirements and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate with geologists to develop mine plans based on geological data analysis.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate excavation work to meet project schedules while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend maintenance or replacement as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., geology, metallurgy) to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:-

• 5-10 years of experience in mining operations or a related field.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mining or a relevant discipline
• Strong knowledge of mine management principles, including planning, execution, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel) for decision-making purposes.
• Knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles

Preferred Skills:-

• Analytical skills. Mining and geological engineers must take many factors into account when evaluating new mine locations and designing facilities.
• Mechanical ability mining engineers select and maintain mining equipment, which requires mechanical ability.
• Management mining engineers determine mine staffing needs, supervise mining staff, and make decisions regarding equipment purchases, upgrades, and repairs, tasks which require good management skills
