Key responsibilities:

• Support the Sales team on account acquisition,
• Demo product capabilities,
• Objection Handling/Tech Scoping,
• Requirement gathering and BRD creation
• Support the product implementation/GOlive

We re Excited About You If You Have:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Javascript, HTML CSS
• Overall experience in customer facing role (Support/Integration Support)
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, FB pixels
• 4+ Working experience as an Implementation Engineer with client management.
• Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento integrations
• 2+ years of API or SDK implementation and/or integration
• iOS or Android support experience
• Ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
• Prioritise work based on targets assigned and re-organise work based on deliverables.
