Job Description
- Owning program strategy and ensuring end-to-end delivery of projects with a structured approach.
- Driving initiatives that require a mix of program management and product thinking to build scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Breaking down complex tasks, simplifying roadmaps, defining ownership, setting timelines, and tracking execution.
- Using data-driven insights to measure performance, identify opportunities, and drive optimizations.
- Coordinating cross-functionally with product, business, and other teams to shape and execute strategic initiatives.
- Leveraging program management fundamentals to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicating complex analytical results in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
We re Excited About You If You Have:
- A bachelor s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Science, or Mathematics). An MBA is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally with exposure to product strategy.
- A generalist mindset , with the ability to balance program execution with a strategic product approach.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment , holding yourself and others accountable to tight timelines and high standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources and drive informed business decisions.
- A passion for leveraging technology and data to measure and optimize every aspect of program execution.
- Excellent project management capabilities, with an ability to proactively identify risks and dependencies .
- Strong communication skills, i2luding the ability to present insights in a clear and compelling manner to both business and technical teams.
