Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell international travel packages.
• Client Consultation: Understand client needs and offer tailored travel plans.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and promotions.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through conversions and upselling.
• Booking & Documentation: Handle flights, hotels, visas, and travel documents.
• Customer Service: Provide seamless support before, during, and after trips.
• Technology & Systems: Use CRM tools for efficient booking management.
• Knowledge of Minimum 3 International Destinations - Maldives/ Mauritius/Singapore/Dubai/ Malaysia/Bali/Seychelles/Thailand/Vietnam/Hongkong etc

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years in travel sales with a reputed company.
• Industry Knowledge: Expertise in global destinations, airline routing & tourism trends.
• Sales & Negotiation: Strong closing skills, deal-making & revenue growth.
• Communication: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer Focus: Skilled in understanding client needs & delivering top travel solutions.
