Deputy Manager - Social Media

What you are required to bring to the team:

Social media is key for growing brand buzz, recall and awareness. As a Social-Media Creative Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing to life ideas that engage the target audience across multiple social media platforms, while maximizing the budget and the social algorithms. You must have an eye on daily trends and a pen chat for cracking clutter breaking creatives, while understand what works for the segment and the brands at hand. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless coordination with team members and stakeholders, and also the skillset to understand precious customer insight and convert them into roaring ideas is paramount.

What will you be doing:

• Role is responsible for generating concept and copy for social creatives for increasing engagement and followers and also understand the Insta and YT algorithm and plan your strategy accordingly. Its pertinent for you to be able to think of ideas and execute yourself too.
• Create daily social calendars in tune with business agendas and moment marketing for both fixed and fluid moments to keep brand buzz and recall high.
• Ensure 100% consistency in content (style, format, font) and images.
• Mapping customer insights to come up with relevant campaign thoughts for social buzz.

Interaction Points:

• Work with cross-functional teams including Design, Product, Supply, Category, to create ideas in synch with business agendas and overall brand goals.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders/agencies as and when required, to get work done in a defined and structured way.

Education:

Graduation/bachelors degree in English, Fine Arts, Journalism, Advertising or related field with excellent communication skills.

Qualification:

7-10 years of working with a reputed ad agency, preferably handling young, digital brands and at least 2-3 years of work experience with a digital brand handling their social media presence/ calendars/ agendas.
