Conduct thorough inspections of manufactured components and assemblies to verify conformance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Utilize precision measurement tools to assess dimensions and geometric attributes.
Evaluate product features against specified tolerances and identify deviations.
Line Inspection:
Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
Inspect products at various stages of the manufacturing process to identify defects and non-conformities.
Implement corrective actions as needed.
Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI):
Conduct comprehensive inspections of finished products prior to shipment to ensure they meet customer requirements.
Verify product completeness, functionality, and appearance
Prepare PDI reports and documentation.
Process Validation:
Participate in process validation activities to ensure that manufacturing processes can produce products that meet quality specifications.
Develop and execute validation protocols.
Analyze validation data and prepare reports.
Patrol Inspection:
Conduct regular patrols of the production floor to identify potential quality issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor equipment performance and maintenance.
Provide feedback to production teams on quality-related matters.
Qualifications:
B.Tech, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Plastic Engineering, or a related field
CIPET/Diploma is preferred
1-3 years of experience in quality engineering or quality control, preferably in the automotive supplier industry, autoparts manufacturing, appliances, injection molding, blow molding, fabrication, or welding processes
Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, including statistical process control (SPC)
Experience with layout inspection, line inspection, PDI, process validation, and patrol inspection procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
