Job Description
- Good knowledge automotive industry

- Good knowledge by reducing cycle time minimizing down time
- PPS preparation/ updating and ensure the running as per PPS, hourly monitoring of production report component quality on every machine
- Close monitoring of planned activities performance of machinery during shift
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers during the assigned shift in a manufacturing environment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed by the production team.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
- Collaborate with other shift supervisors and management to optimize production schedules and meet production targets.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products, ensuring availability to meet production demands
- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the shift.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in production management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- CIPET graduate is mandatory with at least 2-3 years of experience
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Production Shift Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety procedures
- Must be living or willing to relocate to nearby the factory
- Mandatory relevant industry experience with plastic injection moulding.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
