Job Description
1. Educational Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) License Must be a licensed RN
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or MSc In Nursing
2. Clinical Experience
- At least 2–5 years of clinical nursing experience in various healthcare settings.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or precepting nursing students is a plus.
3. NCLEX Expertise
- Must have passed the NCLEX-RN exam.
- In-depth knowledge of the NCLEX-RN test plan, question formats, and strategies.
4. Teaching & Training Skills
- Prior experience in nursing education, tutoring, or coaching NCLEX candidates is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and test-taking strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
