Responsibilities
1. Installation Work and Team Management
Ownership & Leadership: Serve as the Installation In-Charge, taking full ownership of installation and commissioning activities at the site.
Execution Planning: Develop a comprehensive plan for site execution, detailing each phase and milestone.
Site Readiness: Ensure the site is fully prepared to commence installation, including physical verification, site survey, material storage, entrance logistics, accommodation, and conveyance arrangements.
Team Mobilization: Mobilize the installation team and coordinate travel to the site for installation activities.
Material Reconciliation: Conduct a thorough reconciliation of materials on-site before initiating installation activities.
Technical Proficiency: Acquire and apply technical expertise to ensure First Time Right (FTR) installations.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Automation and Software teams to ensure seamless integration of software activities.
2. Installation Contractor Management
RFQ Development: Develop Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents for contractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Quotation Evaluation: Assess contractor quotations for both services and on-site material handling equipment hiring.
Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with contractors for the mobilization, deployment, and demobilization of their teams in accordance with project timelines.
Compliance Management: Maintain and ensure all necessary compliance documentation is up to date and accessible at the site.
Workforce Tracking: Maintain and share attendance records of contract workforce to monitor compliance and track project labor.
3. ISO Audit Compliance
Process Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to ISO processes during site execution.
Record Maintenance: Diligently maintain all records necessary for ISO audit and compliance.
