About the role

As the Consultant for Finance, you are responsible for

1. SPVs accounting –

• Handling of Financial activities of all SPVs (Holding Entities)
• Quarterly / Yearly Statutory audit / Management accounts for holding entities
• Execution of Quarterly / Yearly Board meetings for holding entities
• Accounting of holding entities as per timelines
• Month end activities on Consol ERP system as per timelines
• Monthly Cash Flow Management of these entities
• Execution of Inter Co transactions, follow ups for payments
• Coordination with overseas consultants regularly for documentation, compliances, payments, etc.

2. India –

• Accounting entries in India
• Execution of Oil Import payments
• Completion of periodic compliances, RBI reporting, etc.
• Help team for monthly activities

Who are we looking for?

Experience:

• B. Com degree
• Few years of experience in the Finance / Accounting

Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP (ERP system) and MS Office
• Good communication and Strong interpersonal skills
• Problem solving attitude
