Role Summary:

They are primarily responsible for overseeing the successful installation of building facades, with daily duties and responsibilities including:

• Developing, coordinating, and implementing a project plan and ensuring that the facade construction adheres to the blueprint and design plan
• Inspecting and supervising the work of construction crew and subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to project standards
• Managing and coordinating the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the project
• Addressing and resolving any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
• Ensuring that all construction activities align with health and safety regulations and standards
• Maintaining regular communication with clients, architects, and consultants, updating them on the projects progress
• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules and making adjustments as needed
• Reviewing and interpreting plans, blueprints, and project specifications to provide technical direction to staff
• Coordinating and obtaining the necessary permits and licenses for projects
• Documenting all project information including costs, billings, and project progress

Who are we looking for?

Experience -8-12 years

Education- B.E/ BTech, ME/ MTech - Mechanical or Civil
