Job Profile:

1.Management of day-to-day backend operations, involving coordination with dealers, the commercial team, warehouse team

2.OEC to ensure timely order commitments and follow-ups on timelines.

3. Handling project booking, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and feasibility checks on drawings.

4. Making project drawings and site visits for all project leads and architect inquiries.

5. Performing site visits for various important and complex design customers.

6. Providing regular trainings to channel partners, addressing their queries, reporting software issues to HO team and providing optimization support.

7. Managing customer visits for complaints, feasibility checks for product installations, and BOQ verifications.

8. Sharing Management Information System (MIS) reports with dealers and conducting cross-checks on Order Bookings (OB) and Billed sales (BS) daily to ensure error-free processes for both retail and project orders.

9. Overseeing and ensuring regular social media reviews are posted on various platforms.

10. Preparation of ATD reports and initial cross-checks on OB/BS.
