Job Description:

1. Leading and implementing the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) concepts in the plant

2. Achieving MTBF, Machine Availability, MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)

3.Achieving Target of all critical machine and equipment Achieving the OEE targets

4.Monitoring spares, energy cost and resource management

5. Institutionalizing preventive maintenance procedures, ensuring AMCs & CMCs

6. Ensuring utilities(HT /LT/ETP-STP/Producer Gas/MHE-s/Compressor/DG) maintenance

7. Ensuring safety policy adherence in department and supporting other department in safety norms - Achieving Zero incident

8. Coordinating with ENE, construction and NPI for timely and effective completion of projects.

9 Motivating team for doing improvements to improve plant efficiency.

10. Inventory management with SIPOK guidelines.
