Job Profile:

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

1. Ensuring achievement of sales volumes and working capital norms

2. Managing company owned company operated (COCO) stores and projecting desired brand image

3. Managing customer experience

4. Initiating innovative activities to bring excitement to the showroom and generate customer pull

5. Ensuring system know-how, order booking, collection, updation, inventory receipts and report generation

6. Coordinating with accounts, logistics, HO team, etc

7. Ensuring proper upkeep, adherence to business process manual, display protocol, stock management, maintenance and statutory compliance
