!This senior role requires you to build, enrich, visualize, and analyze customer data.

You will uncover actionable insights and guide strategic decisions to enhance customer experience, improve retention, and drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Machine Learning Science, Strategy, Finance and more, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior and trends.

You are familiar with AI-powered analytic tools, possess advanced SQL and scripting abilities, demonstrate strong statistical skills, excel in developing visual dashboards, and possess the technical expertise and creative thinking necessary to drive customer strategy, minimize customer attrition, and uncover new revenue opportunities.

You must be able to tell a clear and succinct story from the data and communicate findings to the executive team.

Requireme.

ntsYou have a bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferr.

You need at least 7 years of experience in customer analytics, data analysis, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of customer metrics (e.

You have demonstrated aptitude for leading in multiple contexts, such as with data engineers, data scientists, finance, product managers, strategists and executiv.

You are proficient in SQL and data visualization tools.

You have expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniqu.

You have hands-on experience in experimental design and measurement, including the math and statistics necessary to interpret and make informed decisions about resul.

You have excellent skills in summarizing insights verbally and in writing.

You understand how foundational data architecture impacts all products and processes downstream, and have experience building optimized foundations.

You have the ability to collaborate with others and drive data-informed decisio.
