Administration Executive/Front Office

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Time to time evaluate vendors on pricing, contract, AMC with vendors.

Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations as required, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.

Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements.

Maintain all records and register as per ISO standards.
