Role Overview

Were looking for an innovative and dynamic Head of Insurance Sales to lead and scale our life insurance sales operations. Youll be driving the rollout of a sub-agent network across the country, spearheading the next phase of our growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking big, strategizing, and bringing those ideas to life from scratch.

What Youll Do:

Lead the rollout of a nationwide sub-agent network for life insurance sales.
Build and manage a strong team of agents across Mumbai, Maharashtra, and the rest of India.
Design and implement business strategies, starting from the ground up.
Analyze and optimize sales performance and market trends.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners and agents.

Compensation:

Equity Participation : Youll be part of the company s growth with stock options and ownership.
Profit Sharing : As a key driver of business success, you will share in the profits based on performance
Incentives : Performance-based incentives, including bonuses tied to achieving sales milestones

What We re Looking For:

Qualification : Graduate (MBA preferred).
Experience : Minimum of 5 years in life insurance sales through an agent network.
Proven track record of rolling out agent or sub-agent networks.
Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
Strong observational, relationship management, and leadership skills.
Analytical thinker with the ability to conceive and implement innovative business strategies.
