Chemist (Production FFPC - Shifts)

Role & responsibilities

• Check Tex, Moisture, LOI of Special size /CSM/DR (Wet cakes/cheese) Check Moisture, LOI & Visual defects for Direct Roving products (Finished Goods) in Conversion Area and enter data in excel sheet for necessary action.
• Check Through & Through for all DR Products as & and when required and enter data in excel sheet for necessary action.
• 100% checking of FG (DR / AR) when deviation reported from QA
• Check Fuzz content in DR and enter data in software sheet for necessary action.
• Plotting of SQC / SPC trends
• Set the standard for safety and environmental practices, aligned with ISO regulations.
• Required to work in shifts for proper reporting and functioning
